The amount of money sloshing around the game it would be very naive to think there isn't corruption in the game.

I just have a tough time believing there is some kind of conspiracy when you'd need dozens if not hundreds of people to go along with it.
Also it doesn't even really pass the smell test here, if anything the best thing would be for City to drop points and to keep the title race alive.
Theyve confirmed that var had it onsideI thought Richarlison was offside myself.
The ref signalled that to get play back underway too. They should have stuck to that story as that was clearly handball.
Overall I do think the slight offside was enough to fairly chalk the pen decision out.
The officials got that arse about tit.
That definitely happens.I wouldn't say its a conspiracy from the top - more so individual officials not following the rules for clubs they either like or dislike.
I know for sure if I was a Ref I wouldn't give the Kopites many decisions out of natural bias.
I dont care what they say now, the ref clearly signalled with his motion of the hand drawing out a line across the pitch that he thought it was offside.Theyve confirmed that var had it onside
All the discussions should be broadcast and the replays should be shown in the stadium. If its not transparent there won't be accountability. That definitely happens.
There needs to be more accountability through the process.

Not if he wasn’t. How do you know?I dont care what they say now, the ref clearly signalled with his motion of the hand drawing out a line across the pitch that he thought it was offside.
IMO Richarlison just was off too.
That was the decision they should have made.
No question it was handball.
The game didn't restart from an offside. Their tech said it was onside.I dont care what they say now, the ref clearly signalled with his motion of the hand drawing out a line across the pitch that he thought it was offside.

Nah, they can stop that point of pass release ANYTIME they want to get the desired offside or onside. It’s been confirmed it was onside.
My feeling is they spent two minutes drawing lines to try and give him offside, couldn’t do it because he was on, then just said ‘ah [Poor language removed] it just say it’s not clear and obvious and blow the final whistle asap’
I'm gobsmacked you're going against the overwhelming majority view on this one lolNah, they can stop that point of pass release ANYTIME they want to get the desired offside or onside.
Overall I dont think we got done on the incident.
It was offside for me. They chop and change these measurements each week from elbow to toenail to whatever. Why should they have made an offside decision when it wasn't offside?
