hey guys, bizarrely bumped into this man at st Pancras. He saw my Everton Christmas jumper and asked me to film this to share with other blues. Brought a smile and hope it does to the rest of you guys!

...all the appropriate threads appear to be closed so thought I'd add a bit more pre-Christmas cheer by telling folk that a true Blue Amanda Holden is on 'Who do you think you are' on BBC tonight.

Listening to that chap playing Z Cars had ne tapping my foot and suddenly I am enthused about Sunday's game.

The Z Cars tune has had that effect on me ever since I can can remember.

I know this has been said before on here.......but the atmosphere at Goodison Park has really suffered since that darned nonsense of the players walking out together and shaking hands began.

We need our players to come running out the tunnel and toward the Street to the stirring tune our favourite anthem.

Is this nonsense binding or sommat?

Or could the club just say sod it and revert to the tried, trusted and True Blue entrance which enthused and inspired generations of Evertonians.

Been quite a few years since I've been the game, so didn't know they'd stopped doing this. This was always a joy, seeing the players leg it out of the tunnel towards GSE.

Sounds like the FA have made a right Sweet Fanny Adams of it.

They still play it.

But the players walk out side by side and then line up and shake hands as Z Cars fades into the distance.

Then they gently trot toward the Gwladys and the moment has passed
