It doesn't have to be bleak, I realise there is a period of reckoning, the reaching out and dealing with feeling low thread is there for this.
It takes time to address and grieve, it is natural. Focusing on the bad is only prolonging the pain. I know it isn't easy.

I have work & that is it, today I couldn't face work, I sat in all day & watched daytime tv, then three MOTD blogs on BBC Iplayer, I struggle to go out !!
