Church St Christmas Market

Has anybody had a wander round the Christmas Market on Church Street - is it worth a visit? What's the variety of stalls like?
Usually go to the Manchester market, but the last couple years it's got a bit tired.

It's crap. Birmingham or Harrogate are the only good ones in this country. Leeds is decent too.

Overpriced rubbish mainly! Fiver for a pig butty! Food , sweets and ale .

York and Lincoln are better than Harrogate, can't speak for darn sarf!!!

Went to the Christmas Market in Liverpool on Sunday, not much to it really, mostly food, a few nik naks and that, not much I would get anyone for Christmas. Though there was a guy up between Mcdonalds and Costa, he was doing 7 different types of Cheddar (with orange and whiskey, Chili, Caramelised red onion, etc) , boxed up for £20, which might do for someone.......... @ilikecheese
