Guys , all of you who posted about the old town Rhodes.. Thankyou.. great shout. As it happened we docked right in the harbour opposite the town walls , I left the mrs and daughter on their own and went exploring … place and the food have totally blown me away, booking a weeks break here as soon as I get back to the U.K. … only downfall was my daughter ordered 3 large cokes .. swear it must have taken 2 people to carry each glass and they charged €30 ?? … lesson learnt

If anyone is thinking of popping to Prague anytime, a new map has been created by a bunch of locals to help visitors blend in and find some hidden gems



As well as various tidbits of culture and history, the map provides around 60 recommendations from locals on where to go and what to see. They also provide a number of nice walks that take you past a bunch of sights off of the tourist trail.
 
Berlin is always a great city break. So much to see and do, great culture/nightlife and for a capital city it's quite chilled out.

Jacked it in and went down to Jerez and El Rocio instead - incredible places.

Made the mistake of going to Seville in August once. It was ridiculous. Just wanted to jump in the river to cool down. The coast is lovely round there though at this time of year
