My local café uses the beans (also available ground) from this company: https://monsoonestates.co.uk/collections/coffeeFollowing on from the “products you won’t compromise on” thread where a few people said coffee.
I’ve recently switched from Dolce Gusto pods to filter coffee. I know the pods are recyclable but I still feel I’m being slightly more environmentally friendly switching. However, I do miss my Ristretto pods which were delightful.
Any of our forum gourmet’s recommendations for nice filter coffee? I’m a month in and have tried a couple from Lidl and just bought one from Sainsbury’s, still a bit underwhelmed.
My other half now buys beans from them direct - really good stuff. You can select the grind style, I.e. to suit what you are using it for (filter, cafetiere etc).
