it seemed to me that he was able to identify talent and actually had players want to stay here - which, from what i gather, hasn't always been the case. would've liked to see a little more time with him but alas, maybe this is how soccer works in the epl? i really don't know.

We are not the traditional EPL sacking club he had 3 years . The minimum requirement was Europe qualification, factor the rift in the dressing room and the form which was the most worrying of all, there was no way he could take us into a new season.
