Very. Could be argued he can say it wasn’t my fault last season, but I think he’s more straight talking than that.

Provided we scrape safety and Coady signs and has a couple more good seasons…….future Everton manager. Don’t know why I think that, just a feeling, or the JD. 2034/35 season after we sack a very frail Roy Hodgson.

Myko has won the ukranian league and a bunch of super cups. Mina has won the south american equivalent of the Europa League. Rondon has won the Russian prem. Winning trophies doesnt translate to being a good player unfortunately.

I like Coady, but I don’t know why he feels the need to come out and say stuff in the press all the time. He’s going to become the new Coleman if he’s not careful, coming out with rallying cries before we get hammered the next game.

If he’s that concerned about other players standards then he needs to be calling them out in training so their standards lift.

I agree with what he said, but I see a lot of Coady interviews and quotes flying around (he probably speaks to the media more than any other player). I just don't want him to become that player that comes out with the standard "we need to be better" soundbites after each game only to be followed up by another terrible performance.
