I believe that the more defenders there are, the better he becomes. He unequivocally cannot play in a 2*, but is fantastic in a 3. Meaning that he must be Superman in an 8.

Got to say I'm surprised he got an England call up. For me he's not even our 2nd best English centre back. I would say tarky, Holgate and keano are all better than him. I suppose his leadership skills and work rate do count for a lot but ability wise the 3 names I mentioned i feel are better footballers.
