Countries Pleased with World Cup Performance

I think you can say for sure that Senegal, USA, Poland, Australia, Japan, and South Korea are despite already being out. I actually think Tunisia will feel fine enough about what they did. All four losing quarterfinalists will be disappointed which I feel is probably rare. But none of those nations will think they couldn't have won it.
 
England, not just because of the football but how they united the whole country behind them, the people hadn't pulled together for the greater good since the first lockdown
 

I think there will only be a handful unhappy.

Brazil, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Denmark are the glaring ones.

Disappointed you’d probably have to go with

Wales - Did so well to get there, and just couldn’t get going
Serbia - Won a difficult group involving Portugal to get there, then couldn’t stop conceding
Mexico - perennial second rounders, so going. Out in group would be disappointing.
Canada - clearly knocked from the opening match and the pen miss, feel they may have felt they could have done better.

Also I think the manager let the Belgium performance go to his head a little bit which I think didn’t help
