I like a few, distrust many dislike a fair number.

A conquered broken nation since the Norman invasion have lapped up the propaganda about indomitable spirit dreamt up by their privileged aristocratic overlords (mainly descendents of the norman land grab) who have repeatedly sent their slaves and surfs to the front line to fight to make the aristocracy wealthier. The English fight to the last ... because if they don't they get shot by their own team.

They happily work a lifetime to afford the smallest and most expensive patches of kind on the planet. Again - thank the Norman land grab, aristocracy and the aristocrat's church for that. Still - being tied to debt makes them good subservient little underpaid serfs afraid to make a fuss.

I absolutely avoid the embarrassing apes whenever I go abroad.
