We have been to England ( and Wales and Scotland ) a lot and my Melbourne born wife has talked about living there.

We love it.

I've only lived in my native England for 5 years (01to 05) since 1995.

On occasional returns recently I find it crowded, trains and motorway especially. Far too many Jumbo cars for the available road space and car parks.
Years of right wing media brainwashing is seriously affecting public opinion.
Too much drinking and public drunkenness.
