Not on TV as far as I can tell. It's available to stream through Everton TV for official members, but also its on ESPN for viewers outside of the UK, and it's also being shown on a service called 'Fubo' which seems to be a paid for app (although they do offer free trials).
Other than that, doesn't appear to be any legal routes to watch it.

Im hoping once the approval is given that the section that is earmarked for it takes its rightful place. Be very different from the halcyon days of Gwladys Street and maybe rightly so after what we have witnessed but its never quite felt the same since!
