My crazy mate, who hid away for over a year, kept his son who was four at the time, locked up in the house for months and as a result his kid has now got some real behavioural problems.

A mate who is a primary school teacher, tells similar tales of kids who are almost a couple of years behind in their development, as a result of being kept indoors for months and months and not mixing with other kids.

The post covid generation of university students were hard work. Just seemed to come in lacking study and social skills. My brief foray back into lecturing coincided with that and no doubt played a part in deciding it wasn't for me. Alongside all the other crap.
 

I started the job I’m in now while the business was still 100% work from home. They moved to 1 day a week and then 2. Because the office is in Manchester I thought I’d love a Friday in the office to go out for a few drinks after work. Get the train home nicely oiled, very civilised. Now I’m made up my days in are Monday & Tuesday. Couldn’t think of anything worse then battling through the commute home on a Friday, eating into my valuable weekend time.

Does anyone carry cash now post Covid? I couldn’t tell you the last time I went to a cash machine unless it was to get money out for my barber or to put in a birthday card
