Proper left the wife and kid in ruin and is living a new life. Somewhere incognito.
Ok sure, lets say that, strictly speaking, this is not wrong. But what you are omitting here is that it is true not only for stocks but also for the entire concept of an "asset", including every substance, item, good, commodity, element, product, idea, contract, currency, service or form of labour that has or will ever exist.but the ONLY thing that matters is someone pressing the buy button
Poor lad has had to downgrade from 1000 baht per night ladies to getting wanked off by Rodger the ex pat from Basildon. Wears a hanky on his head. Has soft palms mind you.Where is @nikom court buddies?

This is why reminding everyone of this point doesn't negate the advantages of owning stocks relative to crypto or establish the value of crypto relative to owning stocks the way you seem to think it should.
And it also doesn't negate the point the rest of us are making: that stocks - which, whether over- or under-valued nonetheless can be assessed based on their correspondence to quantifiable material results (price-per-earnings etc) - are qualitatively different than crypto, which has no underlying use or value (except possibly for buying drugs?)
Mate you just got lashed all over by a hopperWhat I have done in this thread, in the context of buying crypto, is state my opinion on why I think HEX is better than other cryptos and the funny thing is, no one here actually can counter any technical points I ever make.
I’ve countered you many times and I don’t believe I’ve ever used the drugs or laundering argument. I’ve highlighted the founder being a notorious scammer and questioned who holds all the ETH that Hexicans stake. You then just repeat the stuff that is written on the website.Good so we agree on something.
This whole discussion came about when someone said if you buy BTC all you are doing is waiting to sell it to the someone else higher, I merely made the comparison that this is the same for stocks so it is not a good stick to beat BTC with.
It is very easy to bash BTC I have always done that in this thread. It is slow, expensive and utterly failed in becoming P2P cash. I criticize crypto projects all the time.
I don't think I have ever said don't buy stocks buy crypto. I am well aware that stocks are a much safer investment than crypto. Volatility is a feature in crypto, not a bug and if you understand the market then there is insane gains to be made, but it also crashes just as hard. You occasionally get this in stocks, Amazon dropped 90%+ and now accounts for half of all internet sales or something crazy like that, but generally stocks are much safer.
There are useful features to the blockchain/crypto, not everything is meme dog coins, but that is a whole different discussion. If you don't see that then fine, I have no issue with you or anyone else not being interested in crypto.

It always just resorts oh crypto is used for buying drugs or money laundering, as if cash has never been used for that and then we just go round in circles.
Like I explained, I am suggesting that being able to buy drugs with crypto could be a point in its favour; at least that way it is actually useful for something. It always just resorts oh crypto is used for buying drugs or money laundering, as if cash has never been used for that and then we just go round in circles.
No, you went quiet last time I countered you.I’ve countered you many times and I don’t believe I’ve ever used the drugs or laundering argument.
