I’m sure some people have made cash on this but it’s like people who gamble a lot. We all hear about the winnings but never the loses. Not everyone can be making money on this. Nothing works like that. Personally think people should be a bit more cautious about how they broadcast any money made from this, as whilst they may be using money they can afford to lose, others won’t.

All rather shady, the amount of adverts you see online for it.

Tempting people to invest.

Fair play to people who have made some coin from it but the success stories you see online have a sense of fraud. Paid content

We’re all attracted to make big money quick as the alternative for most of us is to work our whole lives saving a small amount of cash, if we’re being frugal, which most of us don’t like doing.

I'm up by a whopping £350 odd, it was closer to £600 days ago. I'm playing with house money though as a cashed in and more my original stake...I mean investment.

I'm just kicking myself I didn't by a couple hundred pounds worth of ETH when it dropped to £70, that is still trading at £1855 now despite losing 22% in the last day.

Ta. It is gambling, just wait for the right odds (in this case coin value) and you put it on when you think it can't go much lower. Easy to lose money though if you don't hold your nerve (the instinct to cash out if the values start heading south) and it also takes a long time to go from the bottom of the market to a decent level. I bought my coins over a year ago and only started selling in the last 6 weeks. I only do it for a bit of fun and just in case my cheaper ones go through the roof.
 
I like it when people who hold it build up artificial hype to drive up the price so they can sell it off at a higher price to naive people who think they've bought a guaranteed money maker.

Also a great way to waste electricity and snap up the GPU supply from gamers.

Oh and dead easy to order a pizza or even a car from Elon. Definitely not used by shady pedos or terrorists.

It's great stuff. If you're a nonce.
