Is the SEC investigating something to worry about?

The SEC are allegedly investigating some of the HEX youtubers, I believe they want to determine if they have ever received money from a 3rd party to promote HEX. My opinion is it will come to nothing.

They can't come after HEX itself because there is no company, no headquarters, no staff on the payroll. It is just a smart contract that can't be changed and runs on the ETH blockchain. It is also not a security so the SEC can't really do anything.

As for Craig Wright, he is basically a fraud, who will sue anyone for libel that claims he isn't Satoshi. Richard Heart confronted him on stage about 10 years ago calling him out. The reason being, if in fact he was Satoshi, it would be trivially easy for him to sign a message using the private keys of Satoshi's wallet. The fact he can't and will never do this is because he does not have control of these keys and is just larping.
