What about the 40% yield per annum, will it do that?
The hex smart contract pays yield in HEX and yes the longer stakes get around 40% based on the staking behaviour of everyone else (only around 10% of total hex supply is staked)

Again if you actually knew what you were talking about, you would stop asking what you think are funny gotcha questions...

I'm not trying to ask funny gotcha questions.

But, looking at the claims of 40% yield and you saying it's based on staking behaviour to me smells of a Ponzi scheme.

like I said, the yield is paid out in HEX not in USD value. The smart contract is simple. It says if you burn 10,000 hex for 10 years, when the 10 years are up and you mint your hex, the smart contract will pay you out ~14,000 HEX. The value of this could be less than what you put in, it could be more. There is no promise of return on your money in real terms. There is no middleman paying you the yield, there is no expectation of profit from the work of others, it is just you, interacting with a smart contract. It is 100% decentralised. If everyone in the system staked their hex, that 40% would come right down to single digits (rough guess)
