If a coin is worth 15k how is it used as a currency?

I'm guessing that it's the fluctuation like normal currency. Like a 100 Trillion dollar note in Zimbabwe could only buy you a loaf of bread. The opposite of that. Is it? I don't know.

I think it’s a currency because you can trade or buy things with it.

Most of this thread is people talking about buying bitcoin currency with the hope of selling it on at a later date for profit.

A bit like buying loads of Euros using pounds when the euro rate is good, then selling again when it’s bad to make some profit.

I may be wrong like, but there’s a lack of actual people willing to talk about it in this thread. They’re either wannabe Wall Street loons, or those who think all bitcoin is good for is buying crack on the dark web haha.
