I’d start Kean instead of DCL and Iwobi instead of Bernard.

Kean won't be fully fit I don't think, which is why I think DCL will play.

Kean played Euro U21s and did some pre-season at Juve. Don't think fitness or sharpness will be the issue. Knowing where to be and what to expect from his teammates might be more the problem after a week with the squad. I said earlier I wanted him and Gbamin to start, but i'll tone it down to seeing him get 25 minutes or so.
