Why draw? Confidence should be high in the group and it can be a key factor in getting all the points on the day. There are a lot of players missing unfortunately but no reason why we can’t keep it tight at the back and knick a goal.

A win would be amazing and potentially move us up to 12th. Just with injuries and having played in a high energy physical and emotional game so soon before this game I'd be happy with a draw and keep us ticking along nicely. Just think 4 points in the next 2 games would be a good return but have an opportunity to take all 6

….going to be very difficult, hopefully another 0-0.
What a typically Evertonian level of optimism.

Two teams in a similar boat, in terms of (hopefully) looking up after a very dicey start indeed. I guess my main hope is that New Manager Bounce will a) still be in effect and b) be enough to push us over the top in a game where both teams might have started to feel like the immediate pressure is off.

Creativity is obvs gonna be an issue. Need to hope Charlito has something up his sleeve.

Pickers

Jay Oh Bee
Tarks
Branno
Mykie Rooney

Gananarama
Garnarnarama

Lindst Master Chocolatier
Birdman of Alcaraz
Harrison Ford

Beto Bottom Dollar

Hopefully is just the lack of depth from the bench hard to really change the team. Is not much between us so maybe

Early Beto Brace Clips Eagles' Wings in Everton Victory

Everton continued their resurgence under David Moyes with a 2-0 victory at Selhurst Park thanks to a Beto double inside the first 15 minutes and a strong rearguard action to repel any possible Crystal Palace fightback. More to follow tomorrow evening.

The main plus point is we surely have momentum now. However I think we could be flagging from the weeks efforts, and a mounting list of injuries. Full strength I'd be saying 3pts is very realistic, and a win is still possible, but I can see it being a game too much for us.

Hopefully be proved very wrong.

Yeah hopefully we can get a result. Would take a point but a win would be amazing given the game on Wednesday and injuries mounting.

Momentum is a funny thing and Moyes has got Everton teams on crazy winning runs before. Here’s hoping but I won’t get too down if we get pipped in this one.
