Love the principle of trust instead of ability, definitely 100% a winning tactic that.

Ability is all well and good, but tiredness limits / curtails ability, hence why we have substitutions. Otherwise what’s the point in them?

When a player is waning, you should consider replacing him. The ability argument wasn’t a winning tactics against Brighton, or here.
