Only times we've seen early subs were either injuries or when players were genuinely giving goals away (a-la Godfrey etc.).

He even waited for Holgate to be sent off when it was obvious to anyone with eyes he's having a mare and getting targeted for fouls lol

Same as last week really. We may have improved somewhat, but in terms of league position we're literally just ticking along on a point a game and I reckon Dyche is completely okay with that.
