Shamone boys these are safe now and we could, although unlikely, be 19th come end of the day. Do not let that happen. 3 points clear please.
 

COYB! We need a good performance here! Loads of shots on target and everyone battling. Early goal shuts them up and brings their young guns out, that’s when we hit them with another and then hang on for the 2-0 win. COYB! Don’t let us down!

Yeah I’ve woken feeling much worse about our prospects this afternoon. We had some good battling performances, holding on against Brentford, coming back against Chelsea etc. Had 20 minute chunks of domination in other games too. But feels a long time since we just flat out played well for the majority of a match without relying on a worldie out of nowhere.

2 weeks ago it was all to play for, still scruffy but felt like a chance of points in every game that remained with the new style and shape. Those last 2 performances have rocked me. From players and manager.

I just want the battling Everton of 4 weeks ago AND take a couple of the sitters we miss every game AND avoid any stupid mistakes gifting their striker the ball clean through on goal that we’ve made too many of.

1-1. Holding on for a desperate point at the end.

They have some bang average fullbacks like us. We can sort of forget about the fullbacks in an attacking way. We really need to just stop the 3 behind the striker. That means our midfield need to be on it. I think they will have 70% possession and that won’t be a bad thing. We are terrible with the ball. Just keep it tight and annoy them. Don’t give them big chances. Hopefully we can nick something. Be interesting if he starts gray or simms up top
