Dwight Mcneil surpassed Gordon's Total of 3 goals with his goal against Fulham.

He is now joint leading goalscorer with Gray who has 4 goals (2 of which were penalties)

Iwobi is on 6 assists and our next creative player is Mcneil with 2 assists.

Just some top quality stats showcasing the attacking talent at our disposal.

Another stat is if Woy wins against us he will have more wins this season than both of our managers.

Take a nil all now with Dom getting minutes and onto Newcastle with no injuries

In normal circumstances you'd say yeah a point ain't a bad result.

In current circumstances a win is vital.

In current circumstances we don't win away games so there's no point in saying Saturday is must win.

So yep, a point wouldn't be a bad result when factoring in how utterly gash we are.

A point a game in our next 4 away games and a win and a draw in our final 3 home games might just be enough to survive.....though I do feel we have to win at least 1 away game to give ourselves a real chance

I'd take a point right now.

A few teams arround us playing each other this weekend. We have to put some daylight between us and forrest, asap. We just cant keep relying on there being 3 worse teams than us. Palace ain't Real Madrid, they're just an average prem team that's had a kick up the ass... get yer kicking boots on Shaun and get kicking some buts.

Yea I just think we need to get back to basics and main thing is dont concede. We did it when Dyche came in initially and seem to have opened up last couple of games for some reason (injuries been a main driver I suppose)

We havnt been getting anything away so believe we need to competitive to start and hope we can nick something. Very cliche but that 2nd half against Fulham was as worrying as Iv seen since he came in. Hoping Coleman & Onana back as they are vital. DCL off the bench too. Id like to see a change at CB but think Dyche will be stubborn with Keane.

I don't think Coleman makes this so I would definitely look at Patterson at right back with Godfrey switched back to left back.

Defensively, I hope after getting a run in the mid week game v Chester that Mina gets a call up in place of Keane who despite a lovely goal, his return to the starting lineup hasn't really been great.

Midfield will be a big issue, Onana was a huge miss and Doucoure out (stupidly) it will be interesting if Garner will start if Onana is available or whether Dyche starts Iwobi central.

Formation wise, of late Palace struggle against 4-2-3-1 which will favour us if can bring back DCL and Onana.

My XI

Pickford
Patterson - Mina - Tarkowski - Godfrey
Gueye - Onana
Iwobi - Garner - McNeil
DCL

I keep hearing about Calvert Lewin's possible mental health issues, but there wasn't any sign of it in that vid with little Harry and the others. He got involved, took shots in goal and seemed bright and happy.
He's moving well in training and I've got fingers crossed that he'll be back, soon.

Not sure what that proves tbf. Whether he does or not. The old saying the unhappiest man in the circus is the clown.
