Despite some of the managerial dross that has been served up in recent years, most of them have generally managed to realise the potential of a player or 2. Mykolenko is the only one that springs to mind for this season (as truly improved by Dyche). As a bit of fun I've rated a few of the squad (out of 10) for seasonal form first and potential 2nd. Be interested on anyone else's take or ratings…

I don’t really understand this it just seems like a way of having a go at dyche through some strange made up metrics when you could have a go at him for loads of real ones if you really want to.
