Man of the match tonight for me. Don't think he gave one stray pass. Don't think he will be able to do 90 minutes against Arsenal but it's great to have him back.

He hasn't started a league game in two years.

People were right to be irritated that we're paying this guys wages and he isn't giving anything back. 90 good minutes and it's a bit premature to start pointing fingers.

We need him 20-30 games a season. And he's simply not value for money if he's giving us 5-10 instead no matter how good he is when he's playing.

Now I like Gibson and I haven't said anything bad about him but I think the anti gibson types have an understandable argument that isn't piped down by him playing well.
