Even though Taylor had a better average of the two in their matches.

I hope Anderson wins, and if he can find tops with the ease he did tonight he has a great chance, my fear is he won't, and Taylor will win.

Averages dont mean anything really. Taylor has stuttered a lot this year. Anderson has got his game together and hes hitting his doubles.

They both are in fairness, very similar checkout success tonight, the longer length of a match the more important the average scoring.

Hope I'm wrong, just see Taylor winning it.

Love him or not, you can't deny that Phil Taylor has amassed a record that is probably unmatchable in all of sport (I use the term loosely of course).
