David Coote

Was watching our Spurs game from almost two years ago last night, and never realized it was this pr*ck who sent Doucoure off for "assaulting" Harry Kane.

Sorry just thought I'd get that off my chest, and realize it's probably been noted somewhere else on the preceding 27 pages !!!

Well, you would have naturally forgotten it, since like most sets of fans we have a right old moan about a bad decision then move on, unlike some others who go on and on and on about it ALL. THE. LIVE. LONG. DAY. for months on end... :coffee:

I remember that, kane lashed out at one of ours first, but was covered by alan shearer syndrome (england captaincy) and doucoure carried the can. Wanted him to kick him in the teeth then like I do now. No messing around. Another nail in the legacy of a player we shouldn't have bought let alone relied upon.

Yellow bellied shambles. Everton.

Hope he gets the help he needs, never good seeing people struggle through low ebbs, however idiotic it was.

I do think they need to stop piling pressure on footballers being gay. The sooner it's normalised and stops being taboo, the quicker people can just get on with their lives.

its normalised in most other areas of society, it just really isnt a thing to many people (I know there are still issues)

Football is still many years in the past, I agree with you Barney, I hope he gets the support he needs and can rebuild his life.

He should get his job back. Not for coming out as gay. I just really like what he said about the rs.

I know. It's only an issue in football.

It's institutionalised. Supposedly 1 in 10 people are gay. The law of averages means that there's probably been gay everton players who felt uncomfortable being themselves because of the "pressure", it shouldn't be a thing.

But fair play to him, he's messed up, he's owned it and he's came out. It doesn't need to become anything more now. Let him get help and regather his life.

More surprised he hated the vermin tbh.
Who's really arsed if he's gay? Apart from the braindead obviously.

People need to koff and let the fella live his life however he wants.

Sadly I doubt this will be the case.
