David Moyes - Taking a knife to a gunfight at West Ham, Part 2

Fella has west ham in Europe two years on the spin. All while getting to a europa semi and destroyed by a early red card.

Had us in Europe regularly aswell and we have barely a sniff of it since he left.

We have just survived relegation and spent half a billion for the pleasure on the second last game. And lads in here having a laugh at moyes.

Shamless.
Yes and his largest problem seems to be moving from doing really well to actually winning things.

He raised expectations and then couldn't deliver after that.

It is what it is. He's good but not great.

That sums him up in a nutshell, I am not a Moyes hater it was messy at the end but it was time for him to go. He felt he could go up a level and for us he had stagnated and we needed a change.
I don't see his stay at West Ham being much longer than another 12 months the dildo brothers will want more than he is capable of giving.

The classic Moyes slow start to the season. It infuriated me for years. We'd have these amazing second half of the season statistics - "We're third in the table on points since the turn of the new year" - but we'd have been 25 points behind the CL places by the time we'd begin our run. We'd then start the following season with high hopes having been one of the best four sides in the country on points won in the calendar year, only to lose six of the first 10. In the end, with Moyes, his teams never perform when the pressure is TRULY on.

Surprised they've started poorly. Do they have injuries or sold players?
Yeah they have a few injuries at the back including the new CB they bought yet they still sold Diop, he is also not starting the new players they have bought in games, they are coming off the bench. Think they need to mix it up a bit, know a few hammers fans that reckon they don't really have a plan b in games for if they go behind at times.
