I think that's fair - Bournemouth and the derby may well bring us back down to earth a bit, but fortunately those 9 points in 17 days have given us enough of a cushion to not worry about it (and to be fair, those two games are a cup game and our game in hand in the league).
What happens after the Liverpool game will be interesting. After the Goodison derby, our next 5 games are:
Palace (A)
Man Utd (H)
Brentford (A)
Wolves (A)
West Ham (H)
We really need to get a fair few more points on the board in those fixtures because then you get into April and a hilariously tough run of 5 further games where you'd assume we are likely to see more Brighton-type set ups from us. Challenge will be, as you say, that teams will have had chance to work out what our new system is and we will have lost the element of surprise. I'd say we need another 6 or 7 points from those 5 games before April.
