My take on it, is that people only rate Jordan, as he constantly makes Jim White look like the clueless, sycophantic toad that he is.

Not sure how Alli fits in as a second striker if you play 2 wingers given that we lack a true defensive midfielder. Maybe it could work against the lesser teams at home but would be a risk away from home or against the big boys.
