How exactly do you use Alli correctly though. That has always been the problem. He isn't industrious enough to play as a conventional midfield player but doesn't score or create enough to play as a forward.

It would be nice to see a team which is at least able to maintain possession and control of the ball, along with having the ability to pass it accurately to a player on the same team who can then control the ball and make an positive, brave decision.

Strong side with some proper depth on the bench as well - Gordon, Townsend, El Ghazi, Mykolenko, Keane, Gomes, Coleman, Onyango, Dobbin.

Need some early wins to really get the momentum going.
