I’ve been pretty vocal in my disdain for him, and I’ve said before I’d like nothing more than him to prove me wrong, still not seeing anything to change my mind though.
If we can’t cancel his loan he’ll get my support in a blue shirt but it doesn’t come without criticism when it’s warranted.

Frank seems set on the 3 cbs with wing backs, if we play the 2 wide men Dele doesn't naturally fit into the system and we won't get the best out of him.

For me we have to play 3-5-1-1. Wing backs with 3 across the middle and Dele behind Dom.

Up front seems to suit him best now, false nine

The big difference this season is we clearly have a Plan A with three at the back and wingbacks and everyone looks like they know what they’re doing on the ball in that system.

Last season everyone knew where to go out of possession but when we got the ball it was a free for all counter attack. We’re trying to play with the upper hand this year which will really help in the games against non-elite teams which we tended to lose last season.

I see it that Dom alot of the time is going to pull 2 defenders with him on aerial balls .... leaving Dele to drift into the empty space. I think it has potential to work very well.

Playing off Dom as a false 9 looks promising actually doesn’t it?

Richarlison never played well with DCL, they didn’t connect well or complement each other

He's not on loan mate.

It was a £40m transfer for him mate. The instalments (I think) are paid when he completes a certain number of appearances

We've got Tarkowski, so we've improved our defence and we're looking good out wide with the way Mykolenko, Paterson and McNeil have played in preseason. It's a young squad overall - lots to be optimistic about, particularly with another couple of signings.

If Dele (and maybe Iwobi too) comes good this year, then there'll be some good football.
