If he is due to be on the grass and training well I would offer him a new contract and pay the fee to Spurs.
Well if he is retiring he should get a proper send off, not of this business that went on with Jags / Ozzy / Hibbert.
Great servants of the club should be recognised for there time here.
Lest we forget this lad was key in turning around the Palace game under Lampard. Good chance we’d have been relegated without that, costing much more than £12m. Don’t feel too bad about him because of this.
