Confirmed Signing Demarai Gray

The best part about these transfers is the super bloos lapping this up as some sort of moneyball move. All become financial wizzes overnight

Absolutely embarrassing, firstly being sold this fat kopite slug as manager and now the championship level quality he wants to fill our squad with.

Up the Geordie Blues

We have several Leicester fans telling us Gray is terrible, and yet still several are persisting with "squad depth" "chance at redemption" etc.

Makes you laugh when people talk about Dominic Cummings, Facebook and sinister "nudging". If they'd have had any sense they'd have just turned Britain into a football club.

Utd fans probably said this to WHU fans about Jesse Lingard in fairness as I deffo seen it written on here.

Pienaar was class at us but awful when he moved to Spurs.

Salah was bang average at Chelsea now world class at Liverpool.

I wouldnt judge a youngish player based solely on what he did at one club.

At £1.5 million its a decent squad option considering he'll be on half the wages maybe less than Benard who barely plays a game and will be off this summer for a few million profit.
I admire your optimism on him, but the chances of Demarai Gray suddenly becoming good is slim.

The guy’s 25, had enough time with us to show his potential, was given numerous chances in the latter stages of his Leicester career, both by Puel & Rodgers and failed to take them.

It’s not surprising to see that Leverkusen don’t want him either.

His main highlight at Leicester, was nearly having his head chopped off by a helicopter blade, that pretty much says everything about him I’m afraid.

Both players remind me of the sort of shrewd business Moyes used to do in fairness.

Seen this comment on Townsend from a Palace twitter account:

"Had a fair few Everton fans ask this today… I won’t ever say a bad word about Andros, top bloke, hard worker, tactically disciplined, good personality in the group, can score a banger, his time at Palace was just at an end. I wish him extremely well for 36 games next season."

Sounds like the right type we need in the squad reliable off the bench who'll put a shift in and has a bit of pace.
