I’m hopeful for Gray under Dyche. He’s made for quick, direct counter attacks. The goal he scored against Forest direct from Pickford being a good example. Also very effective on the counter in the early days of Benitez.

The half hearted attempt at possession football we tried at times under Lampard didn’t play to his (or really anyone’s) strength because the slow build up just let defences get into shape. Get it to him quickly while players are out of position and he’ll be very effective.

Not sure, horses for courses, thing is Sean got it spot on today, but in another match Gray might be the way to go.

He's going to have to up his defensive duties by about a million percent if he is to get on. He will get a chance at some point so we'll see how much he wants it.

We have everything on the line with Gray signed for 1.6M and Cal Lewin at 1.5M. Moyes signed Cahill and Bent for just shy of the total and was fighting us up to fourth - nearly 20 years ago.

How many miracles are we all praying for here? This is a scandal.

Cahill was one of the best players in the championship and in his early 20s. Probably goes for 25M today.
