I can vouch for that too, not in too much of a hurry to go to Sheffield for a pizza either.

Agree thoroughly. £40k is the upper limit too.

Just a quick point. Any cynical Everton fan can say "we won't sign x, y or z" if there is the slightest amount of difficulty in the deal. I'm just glad that your're a fan and not negotiating for a real player or we wouldn't have had Lescott (dodgy knee), Arteta (tax issues), or tried for Fernandes (joint ownership). We would simply go for the DVD buys. Straight in, purchase, straight out.
