Cannot fcking believe we are selling Beckford to bring in an unproven player ON LOAN.
Who is leading our front line now? A striker we can't sell, 33yo crock and Mr Nobody from parts unknown.

Bill is a disgrace to the history of our club.

Never saved us from Johnson or nothing did he? Pfft.

hes worse than beckford on football manager 2 star or summin

We better not sign him now just because FM say he's crap. In FM did he score 23 goals in 35 games including a hattrick against boca?

Why don't we just wait and see without referring to a poxy computer game

I've got to be honest I think this signing basically tells us Moyes' game plan for the season:

Play Cahill behind a big striker, smack the ball up to the big striker, hope Cahill can profit.

This is exactly why you are Mark Clattenburg. FM is gospel.

Wonder why Tigre didn't sign him permanently though ? as they had the option to buy.....

The 23-year-old forward is in red hot form for CA Tigre since arriving on loan from Gimnastic.

CA Tigre striker Denis Stracqualursi is making a name for himself; for a while he has been touted as a star in the making, and has recently been showing fantastic goal-scoring form.

With six goals in nine Clausura appearances so far this term - and a total of 16 goals in 27 games since arriving last year - the 23-year-old striker is topping the Argentine goals chart.

He possesses all the qualities required of a ruthless target striker, and they all seem to be coming together to form a complete forward.
1.90m-tall Stracqualursi is good in the air and on the ground. He has got the ball control and dribbling skills needed to take on a player and is well capable of carving out chances for himself.

With a powerful shot from distance, the Tigre star poses a threat to the opposition goal from outside of the area, but is at his best when in the box as his strength consistently proves difficult for opposition markers to handle.

Stracqualursi started his senior career at club Union de Sunchales of the lower leagues. After one season, he moved to Gimnasia La Plata, where he hit six goals in 44 appearances.

Despite a less-than-impressive return of goals, the striker was a regular member of Gimnasia's starting line-up.

He joined Tigre on an initial year-long loan, but the club have the option of securing the forward's services come the end of the campaign, and it is unlikely they will decide against retaining their prolific forward.

Has he been officially named "The Argie?" How the hell do you pronounce that name? Will "Argie" be on the back of his jersey?

Aren't Tigres in the Mexican League? Why is everyone saying he was the top-scorer in Argentina? Am I missing something?
