Which means, as its worked elsewhere under a DoF model, the DoF signs players that fit in with an identity, said DoF appoints manager that the players fit into and the Manager gets them playing.
Why? He is athletic but has poor defensive positioning. Decent going forwards but end product is poor. Very similar players in my opinion.

To be fair in the video I saw he plays really good low crosses which are basically strong accurate passes. Probably garbage at crosses in the air though as there was very few of them.
