Think it’s time for Frank with the full backing of the club to come out and publicly condemn this corrupt bunch for what they are. Blatant cheats. Take whatever punishment they throw at us. Maybe other clubs who have suffered from this pack will also come out and be heard as it’s not going away. It will be the same next season.

Totally correct, it is not going away and will, in fact, become worse. It is human nature to keep pushing the boundaries of acceptability. It's only after confrontation does this 'pushing' cease. However, by that time much harm will have been done in the first instance, and, it never returns to the status quo in the second instance.
Time to compile footage and data covering each blatantly wrong decision stating date, score-line at the time etc; and place this in the hands of the Club's lawyers. These officials are in the pay of their governing bodies who are vicariously responsible for their actions. To not take action to re-dress the wrong doings of their employee is in itself an act of gross negligence.

Is there any, legitimate, business which penalises for telling the truth? The answer is an unequivocal "NO". Time is now to shake the tree as this closed shop is pulling rank and is getting more powerful with each passing mistake.

I mean, whistleblowers are often prosecuted here in the States but we're also a batshot crazy lot

I understand the predicament having been 'isolated' for reporting immoral trading practices.
Perhaps I should have learnt from this, or perhaps I am sick to the back teeth of gobshites riding roughshod over decent people.
I am more of the feeling that football is a universally recognised business and far more in the public eye than any other business. I may be naive, but I believe that many fans of clubs outside of the Scab Six are genuinely sick of the antics of the arrogance of the FA etc: An arrogance that they feel these people believe that they are untouchable. An arrogance they feel is getting worse. I know this through extensive travel throughout the the UK. People feel they are being looked at by the governing bodies as being no more than something they have just trodden in.

Children are very resilient. They can withstand a cold day, a hungry day etc; but they cannot stand injustice. This loathing of injustice remains with us through adulthood. This is the injustice which is epitomised by the FA et al.

The referees we get - lol

I am all for making a fuss about these decisions even though most of what is wrong with the club is largely down to the poor performance of its officials and employees.
But the catalogue of bad calls is beyond a joke and will surely continue if we don’t call it out and fight it. No one will fight for us.
This season has had so many that it is better to strike while the iron is hot. Even if it was just the Rodri handball, it shouldn’t just be accepted because the actual decision was completely unjustifiable and even one point might be the difference between staying up or not.

And in reality it has been far more than that this year.

Collect the evidence, demand a meeting, make them justify the unjustifiable and get this crap improved.
Grow a pair, Everton and stand up for yourselves. They are laughing at us.
