Dida, hang your head in shame

away to metalist, they score a last minute winner. fan runs on to the pitch and hits howard.

we would all be crying blue murder.

aside from dida's actions, what happened has no place on a football pitch.

Give over. He patted him on the cheek, as if to goad him with a "hard luck chuck" kind of message. What on earth is happening to the world that these people have to be so wrapped up in cotton wool? I've read comments saying things along the lines of if he had a weapon it would be a different story, as though it's fine that he has a weapon whilst amongst the scum on the terraces but heaven help if he looks the wrong way at the precious' on the pitch.

What a bloody fuss over such a non-event. We're all going soft.

Thats shocking, what the [Poor language removed] is Dida on? Act like a man, he's about six foot five.

Typical cheating from an Italian club (I know he's Brazilian).

They should review the games and when someone has made a meal of it they should be suspended for two games. Result:

1: AC Milan have to field the reserves for two games.
2: The shitehouse tactics stop.

Well done the bhoys.

I was laughing when I saw the replay of the accident this morning. When I saw it the second time I could "hear" Didas thoughts while I watched it..

First disbelief when the fans come at him.. then angry when he gets the pat on his shoulder so he starts to chase the fan... then he remembers that if he feign injury they might win the game so he clutches his throat and is fataly wounded.

If that would have been during a game Dida would have been shown a yellow for diving. So I hope they give him that. If that wasn't playacting I don't know what is.

hopefully its a case of the boy who cried wolf and someone actually gets on the pitch and harms him. viciously.

what a blouse, he deserves a slap.

Make an example of this prick. lifetime ban from football for bringing the sport into disrepute, if feigning injury from a supposed assault from a fan (of which is there is zero question, there was no injury) in order to get the result changed isn't blatant cheating - what is?

yes the fan shouldn't be on the pitch, but still, dida cheated in the most unsportsmanlike way possible. How can he look in the mirror and call himself a man?

he's a muscular six foot five (Looked it up on the internet, he's massive) athelete, who could of knocked that fan the other side of the med, but instead he decided to be sneaky.

Honestly if I was head of FIFA I'd ban him for life and make a rule about it called the "dida rule" to bring shame on the little bitch for the rest of his life.

stuff like this, the beautiful game, it makes me sick. that must be the most ugly side of the game imaginable.

BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE, BAN DIDA FOR LIFE,

just think there's no place for people like that in the sport

the ronaldos, the rivaldos, the didas.

wish they'd all [Poor language removed] off and play netball or something.

but of course in this PC age of the fans being treated like a necessary evil at best and pieces of [Poor language removed] at worst and the players being treated like demigods, the fan gets a life ban, dida will get away scot free and celtic will probably fined.

the rule should be that if a player does what dida did (dida did?) the entire stadium should be alllowed to jump on top of him and kick his cheating [Poor language removed] head in; as fifa or UEFA or whoever will do nothing to the player thereby ensuring that this kind of behaviour will only increase.

Jesus what do Milan think? I'd like to think that if Howard did that he'd get dropped from the team and eventually released.

there's no way I could ever cheer an everton keeper who did that again in my life. I'd feel ashamed.

Still, they must teach that bruce lee one inch punch on the terraces at celtic.

expect a full retraction and apology when Dida dies several days later, and the Celtic fan turns out to have been trained in a shaolin temple and is a wu-jin master.

(I'm a wu-jin'n'tonic master)
