I won't even have anything red in the house, my other half came home with some red cushions once, and I burnt them in the garden, so the thought of a RS tattoo, probably would end up in the garden and doing to myself what I did to those cushions, because I absolutely hate them with a vengeance.

Reclaim the Liverbird by colouring it in Royal Blue and as Jags says simply alter the 'L' to 'E' after the event. As long as he doesn't go the whole hog and include the 'eternal matchsticks' on either side or that woeful dirge of a motto he may just get away with it.

Agree an admirable intent and very worthy cause, just other ways to raise money. And it's only a grand.....
But it has caught our attention hasn't it. Personally I'd rather join a previous poster & I sponsor him to NOT have the tattoo.
