"The ECHO understands that Simeone, who has previously stated he wants to work in the Premier League, has an interest in the long-term Everton project under Moshiri."
Now you know officially that these half-wit semi-literates are Kopites.

How would the Echo possibly know that Simeone himself is interested??
It seems Everton have adopted their approach to player transfer and used it in their search for a manager."The ECHO understands that Simeone, who has previously stated he wants to work in the Premier League, has an interest in the long-term Everton project under Moshiri."

Hazard a guess, but maybe, just maybe, EFC told them?
He'd be a bit of a bad manager if he didn't know who an ever-present team in the Premier League is.They just pedal any old crap and think fans will actually beleive it. Simeone probably doesn't even know who we are.
There lays your answer to this utter utter codswallop.
Most blues I know are furious with Mr Moshiri's pronouncement about Diego Simeone. They think it's made us a laughing stock.
In a way I can see where they're coming from. The media and most opposition fans see us as just another West Ham, but with a much smaller stadium. Can you imagine how we'd react if West Ham or Stoke said they were going to try to bring in Diego Simeone? We'd kill ourselves laughing.
Having said that, I admire Mr Moshiri's ambition. He hasn't just settled for a Warnock or Moyes type figure. He's trying to get us the very best.

Either that, or he's spraying us with BS before Fat sam or Dyche are parachuted in
