They have done some decent work at brighton. Although i did see ashworth say in an interview it was the Chairman and not him that went for Potter.

I don't see Potter going to Newcastle tbh, I could see him at Leicester if Brenda doesn't buck his ideas up soonish

Looks like things are starting to unravel a bit at Leicester.

Brenda went on the war path yesterday, threatening a clear out at the end of the season, if some of the players didn`t pull their fingers out.

It`ll all out of self interest of course, as whilst they`re not doing too well, it scuppers his chances of getting that really big job, he always fancied himself for.

Yeah it's going to get interesting there as it seems he wants a bit of a clear out of the players yet many of the fans seem to think it's him that needs to go not the players.

I imagine if Hitchen has links to Joorabchian that could be a goer.

I think we need anyone semi competent at the moment - going into the summer with no DOF would be a bit of a disaster really and Brands was useless.

I know he didn't sign ballers at Spurs but Levy is renowned for being a tight arse whereas atleast with Mosh Man if FFP allows a deal he'll give the dough to make it happen.

I`ve read similar stuff, about the fans starting to get restless too.

He doesn`t normally react well to the fans having a go at him, as he comes across as having the attitude of " theye`re lucky to have me "

I wonder if @FOXINPEACE can shed a bit more light on this ?

He's a shrewd businessman. Go to a club with a load of money. do well and you're highly regarded. Do badly and you get a nice big payoff.

I'd rather be DoF at Newcastle than Everton to be honest because he'd be under the spotlight from day 1 if he came here and wouldn't have a blank chequebook to play with.
