I think he's lost a large section of the fans but there's still a fair few that make excuses for him. Hard to say whether he's lost the dressing room but his comments after the Forest game were scathing to say the least. My main gripe with him is his own lack of accountability

I think we need to appoint someone with a mix of footballing knowledge, business knowledge and they should either have or employ someone with significant experience in data analysis techniques in football.

For me Tim Cahill ticks two of those boxes. What he is like at analysing football from a data point of view only he and the club will know.

Whatever happens we need to move away from being influenced by “friendly” agents and instead look at possible transfer targets from a cold and analytical point of view first and then make sure they have the right personality after that.

Do what the successful clubs do, what ever that is…. There’s a blueprint for everything surely. If that’s to have a DoF then get the right one, if it’s not to have one then don’t.

I can't think of a successful club that doesn't have some kind of DOF or technical director.

He just looked like the complete striker when he first broke through. Seemed to have everything. Pace, power, strength, technique, workrate and finishing. Had enormous high hopes for him. Sadly it wasn't to be. Injuries ruined the lad.
