Disappearing posts

Hello GOT technical department.


Happened a few times over the weekend where I'll quote and reply and when I pass the button to submit it takes beards to load and then the same screen comes back with my text missing and an error message saying that my post is too short. As some electronic gypsy has stole the post I'd just wrote out.

Any ideas?

You can't post inside the

marks and not offer anything outside of them.

Sometimes the post can be so boring that even the forums defences can fall asleep before completely proofing them, in which case, the odd one will slip the net, but as a rule, only interesting posts are allowed.

How come your post count is so high then

Sounds like your internet connection dropping?

Next time it happens, print screen or write down exactly what the text says.

If this happens to anyone else could they let me know? With the exception of hayee, who always claims any error also happens to her.

I posted 4 awesome threads on friday and I log in to find them gone two hours later :O

why do I get that error when put vids in posts ?

i do that media thing where you put it before and after the link inside square brackets, with a / on the one after, then when i hit 'submit reply' I get the error (which it informs you of), I then cant get back into the thread until someone else posts.

does everyone/anyone else get that as well ?

I do keep asking but it never gets resolved.

there were some strange goings on in the World Soccer section just a while back.

replied to three threads, but it only acknowledged one on the section page, although all three were included.

I just caught my attention, probably nothing at all.
