Sidibé was poor today against Arsenal but still managed to make a few vital tackles. To be fair to the lad though, none of our players really stood out.

Sidibe definitely stood out as the worst one on the pitch for large stretches.

He'd have to have attack like Cafu on Klopp meds to make up for how poor he is defensively.

He whips in a good cross and full backs need to attack but they need to at least do the basics right, the minumim expectation of a defender in that role.

It probably hasn't helped him moving between defence and midfield but his positioning is atrocious and switches off.

He'll cost us more goals than he'll create.

It's a no from me.

Get an average performance from a league-average RB and we get at least a point from that game today IMO.

I've been saying that we pretty much have to buy him for the option price since it's so low, that at the price he'd be a useful squad piece. One bad game shouldn't change that, looking at it in a vacuum. But he was terrible today.
