How much did United pay for Wank Bissaka, City for Kyle Walker.
In the current climate we might be able to get somebody better for 12m, but if you want quality you usually have to pay for it, but Brands got Digne for 18m, so theres bargains out there.
Norwich RB would be worth a good spend on.......
