Because I try and avoid having sharp pointy things put in me when at all possible.

Tut,tut.

Tell the doctor/nurse that whenever you need it then.

Its something I always do. Takes a few mins and you go out that night and spend 10% on what you would usually have to spend to get pissed.... :lol:

Seriously, its my one phobia on this planet. Fainting all over the show.

:huh::lol:

Wtf mate? You go arsin about with sharks an other dodgy mean lookin fish but scared of a needle?

The price of your gaff aint lookin to promising right now. Could be a late booking job.

Yeah, I'm a regular donor. Got the bronze badge and everything. Not a great fan of needles but it's only momentary pain. Each to his own, mind you. I can well understand that some people can't stand the thought of things being inserted into a vein. My daughter's a true phobic - normally very stable and sensible but goes completely mental if a needle comes anywhere near her.

Well played big fella (y)

I did a few times, but on the fourth time I fainted when you sit round have a drink and a biscuit to recover. I split the drink over me as I fainted, but the first thing I remember as I came round was have loads of nurses around me, some raising my legs in the air and having wet trousers - I thought I had pissed my self! So embarassing, but fortunately it was the squash I was drinking!!
